Ambetter Silver and Gold Plans

Ambetter from Superior HealthPlan offers Silver and Gold plans. Each metal level provides a balance of monthly premium payment and out-of-pocket expenses, as well as access to Ambetter Health's in-network providers.

Ambetter Value Plans

Ambetter's Value Plans are affordably priced plans that feature specific health care providers and hospitals. Members on our Value plans will be assigned to a PCP within a Medical Group who will coordinate their care. These plans require referrals for most care outside of what the PCP can provide, such as seeing a specialist. Ambetter Value Plans are available in select counties in Texas and are in Silver and Gold plan metal levels. Learn more about Ambetter Value Plan.

Ambetter Virtual Access Plans

Our Ambetter Virtual Access plans provide you with a full virtual primary care experience. Ambetter Virtual Access members are assigned a Teladoc Primary Care Provider (PCP). The Teladoc PCP can order labs, imaging, write prescriptions, and make referrals for on-the-ground care as needed. *Formerly known as Ambetter Telehealth. Cost sharing may apply when using Virtual 24/7 Care or Virtual Primary Care. Virtual 24/7 Care cost share does not apply to HSA plans until the deductible is met and is only applicable when used through the Virtual 24/7 Care program. Ambetter Health does not provide medical care. Medical care is provided by individual providers which are independent contractors and not agents of Ambetter Health.
