Our wellness programs can help you stay healthy. They can also help you earn money. Take charge of your health — and get rewarded for it.

Earn My Health Pays™ Rewards:

$50 Get your annual wellness exam with your Primary Care Provider (PCP). Spring is the perfect time to call your PCP and get it scheduled.
$25 Receive your annual flu vaccine during the fall (9/1-12/31).

Use your rewards to help pay for:

Doctor Copays*
Deductibles
Coinsurance
Your monthly premium payments

* My Health Pays rewards cannot be used for pharmacy copays.

Your rewards will automatically be added to your My Health Pays™ Visa® Prepaid Card. The more you do, the more rewards dollars will be added to your card. It’s that simple!
